Course Content
On this Workshop you
will :-
 | Learn the keys
to effective communication |
| Identify
barriers to communication and how to overcome them |
| Assess your
preferred style of communication, its advantages and limitations |
| Develop a
strategy for better listening |
| Be introduced to
different question types and when and how to use them |
| Have practice
and feedback on communication in practical situations |
| Consider the
importance of non-verbal behaviour and learn to manage it. |
| Learn the
importance of establishing rapport and how to do it |
| Prepare an
action plan to implement learning in the work place |

Methodology:
The day will be participative and interactive. Use will be made of
individual and small group work. The emphasis throughout the day will be
on self-analysis, with the aim of helping participants identify the keys
to excellence in communication that will work for them. |
