	Identify barriers to communication and how to overcome them
	Assess your preferred style of communication, its advantages and limitations
	Develop a strategy for better listening
	Be introduced to different question types and when and how to use them
	Have practice and feedback on communication in practical situations
	Consider the importance of non-verbal behaviour and learn to manage it.
	Learn the importance of establishing rapport and how to do it
	Prepare an action plan to implement learning in the work place

Methodology: The day will be participative and interactive. Use will be made of individual and small group work. The emphasis throughout the day will be on self-analysis, with the aim of helping participants identify the keys to excellence in communication that will work for them.
