As part of the N.H.S. Managing Health Services Certificate (MHSC)*, delegates from the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre NHS Trusts and Social Care colleagues attended a three day introductory residential workshop in Ilkley and got to know each other with some problem solving exercises and team-building activities. Many took the opportunity to tackle some personal challenges, helped by the supportive team atmosphere that developed during the course. A carefully structured review process, facilitated by Trust trainers complemented the activities, helping to identify and reinforce learning.
