This session will be presented by Steve Goodwill of Goodwill Training who has been a trainer and consultant for over twenty years. Steve specialises in the development of interpersonal skills such as Influencing, Team Working, Negotiations and Problem Solving, and has worked with all levels of Management from Board members to Supervisors and with front line operators. He has worked with a variety of companies including the NHS and other public organisations, in the UK, Europe and the Far East. His career has included commissioned service in the Royal Marines, Development Training, Systems Consultancy and Operations Management. Steve has developed a number of long term modular programmes for major organisations, where the “little and often” approach to learning has proved very effective.

This session will be presented by Nigel Greenwood of Simply Customer who has 30 years’ experience of creating great customer experiences. Nigel is an author, presenter and lecturer, but is mostly someone who likes to keep things simple, says it as it is, knows what customers want and loves making a difference.
What will a delegate get? By the end of this workshop, you will understand how to map your customer journeys to grow your business, and will have produced your first draft journey map, complete with recommendations that you can implement immediately.
Nigel is a former Head of Channel Management and Head Of Customer Loyalty for the Financial Services Division of HBOS. He has improved customer experience across a number of roles for 28 years. Following a corporate career in Financial Services, he spent 4 years contracting with large corporates to improve customer experience and retention. Frustrated at how slow large businesses were to change, in 2014 he founded Simply Customer Limited to bring the benefits of journey mapping and customer experience improvement to SMEs.

She focuses particularly on the people management aspects of organisational change, delivering improvements through learning & development interventions, coaching & mentoring and process improvement.
Lisa has held key senior leadership roles including ten years in a blue chip, multinational organisation, where she led cross-cultural teams to deliver substantial change programmes that had significant results. Most recently she spent five years on the senior leadership team of a successful multi-academy trust.
Through using a variety of tools including psychometric and personality profiles, learning and development programmes or coaching or mentoring, Lisa helps individuals and teams to understand their strengths and work on their development areas ensuring they are fully engaged and effective in their roles.

He specialises in market and partner identification, market analysis and sales development, market visits and exhibitions, regulatory issues, administration & process management, logistics, supplier sourcing, and supply chain management.
